The Mana Experience is a transformative healing journey designed to work with both your body and soul’s wisdom to release pain, tension, and trauma stored in your being. Each session is a personalized blend of shamanic and somatic practices, energy medicine, and bodywork—tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we will release what no longer serves you, such as pain, exhaustion, anxiety, overwhelm, and feelings of suppression. Using a variety of healing modalities, this experience brings relief, alignment, and lightness, helping you reconnect with your heart and embody a deeper sense of peace and inner knowing.
Sessions may include a combination of coaching or mentoring, deep heart listening, body mapping, multidimensional energy medicine, energy healing, feather work, sound healing, bodywork, somatic release, and shamanic practices.

It's shamanic and somatic utilizing energy medicine and bodywork designed to remove the energies that no longer serve you: the pain, exhaustion, anxiety, overwhelm, depression and suppression. Through various tools and modalities, your healing experience will be curated exactly for you, exactly where you are at to bring relief, alignment within yourself, peace, lightness into your being, centered into your heart and clarity to your mind. Your journey with me begins the moment you commit to yourself. Our souls start to connect and do work together: the experience is much more than the time you are with me.
